Going out to eat with me is like a 2hr minimum time commitment because of a combo of 7 and 8.

I have a hard time leaving out details regardless of how nonessential they are to what I’m actually talking about.
Self editing has always been a struggle for me. Doable but it takes me awhile.
Gluten free since 2013 becuase of an autoimmune disorder (Hashimoto’s disease).
95% migraine free since then too.
Other 5% with migraines I can almost always identify the triggers (stress, lack of sleep, not wearing my glasses, dehydration).
